Flexomastic Woodseal
WoodSeal is liquid mastic for weatherproofing exterior wood decks, plywood, or wood landscape timbers. WoodSeal is the perfect waterproof coating for prolonging wood decks surfaces because it is specifically engineered to aid in the prvention of damaging UV radiation and non-weathering due to climate conditions. Unlike most other products, WoodSeal absorbs into the wood and works from the inside, making WoodSeal a true a wood protector. WoodSeal dries with a slight clear sheen that gives wood surfaces a new appearance.
It is recommended that the wood surface be allowed to age, as that is the look that WoodWeal will maintain.
Available in 1 gallon, 2 gallon and 5 gallon sizes
Directions on use:
� Thoroughly clean surface
� Use brush, roller or pump sprayer to apply
� Apply thin coat of WoodSeal
� Dries to touch in 6 hours and fully usable in 24 hours
� Apply additional coat if necessary

Flexomastic #210
Flexomastic #210 is a full mastic, ideal for weatherproofing exterior walls made our of wood, shingle, cement, or CBS block. Flexomastic #210 has elongation factor of 24% that can stand up to all normal building movement, making it the perfect waterproofing repair for exterior cracks caused by settlement. Flexomastic #210 works on exterior metal housing, air conditioning duct work, cure concrete, as a float waterproofing for cantilever or on hard to waterproof platforms. The dried coating is completely washable and so highly resistant to abrasion that it can stand up to hurricane strength wind and rain.

Direction on use:
1. Make sure surface is clean and non-chalky
2. Use brush or roller in most applications
3. Can be sprayed using airless equipment
4. Please use standard precautions not to over spray area
5. Apply in two coats for faster drying and better strength
6. Dries to touch in 6 hours and fully usable in 24 hours
7. Paintable in 24 hours
Flexomastic #310
Flexomastic #310 is patching compound for waterproofing exterior walls made out of wood, shingle, cement, or CBS block. Flexomastic #310 is perfect for patching, tile tucking, flexible waterproof cantilever, repairing broken CBS block, attaching wood-to-block, glass block, and as an adhesive and weatherproof sealant. Flexomastic #310 is perfect for repairing exterior cracks and for stopping water intrusion into living areas. Flexomastic #310 works on cured concrete or as an adhesive to attach under-lamented membrane to cantilever, ponds, or concrete decks.

Direction on use:
1. Make sure surface is clean and oil free
2. Apply enough Flexomastic #310 to fill surface to be repaired or attached
3. Use a damp sponge to mold surface for smooth finish
4. Apply Flexomastic #310 in thinner coats if hole is very large
5. Paintable in 24 hours
Flexomastic Paintadd
Flexomastic PaintAdd is an additive for water-based paints. When added to good quality paint, Flexomastic PaintAdd will create an elastomeric waterproofing coating that is the most cost effective way to make the paint durable, washable, and create a coating that will extend the life of the paint. Flexomastic PaintAdd will repair most hairline cracks and increase the elasticity of the paint. When use in conjunction with Flexomastic Waterproofing and Patching Products, you will create a fully watertight finish, which will keep your substrate maintenance free.

Direction on use:
1. Add (1) gallon of Flexomastic PaintAdd to (5) gallons of water-based paint
2. Use another container when mixing to avoid spillage. Stir for a minimum of (3) minutes making sure product is well mixed
3. You are ready to weatherproof and paint your substrate
